You got this.
And God’s got you.
Zion’s Palms is a faith-based non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of mental health awareness within underserved and underrepresented communities through the use of educational programs and workshops, mental hygiene resources, and creative outlets. Our mission is to inspire, uplift, and inform through acts of service, community events, and social platforms such as the Zion’s Palms Podcast, which highlights testimonies from community members of all ages about their journey with mental health. Our goal is to make positive mental health a norm within each individual’s life, encourage engagement in self care activities, increase emotional intelligence, and eliminate negative stereotypes toward mental illness.

Zion’s Palms Podcast
Through our podcast, we’d like to discuss mental hygiene practices, stigmas, and interview community members from all ages and walks of life, allowing them to share their mental health journey. With the sharing of these “stories of strength,” we strive to offer hope, encouragement, and guidance to others who may be experiencing the same challenges, worries, and stressors in their own situations. Our mission is to bring people together to achieve healthy mindsets. There is a podcast section for Kids under the age of 18 in which we hope to teach emotional intelligence and introduce positive mental health strategies that they will hopefully take with them as they navigate life and grow older. Along with these goals, we aspire to let every one of our listeners know that they are not alone, and you got this!
